Welcome! I’m truly glad you’re here.
I work with adults in individual therapy and have extensive experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, addictive behaviors, relationship challenges, abuse, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I combine person-centered therapy with evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s been holding you back, process the past when it’s helpful, and build practical skills so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I believe everyone deserves to feel understood and accepted exactly as they are — and that real, lasting change becomes possible in that kind of space.
