Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Life has a way of throwing curveballs, doesn’t it?
Some transitions feel gentle, while others leave us rattled (sometimes in ways we don’t fully notice at first). Stress, change, and old wounds can quietly take a toll on both our minds and bodies.
That’s where I come in.
I’m passionate about walking alongside people through the messy, beautiful process of healing and growth. My approach is deeply person-centered, which simply means I believe you’re the expert on your own life. My job is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to steer the wheel, explore what’s hurting, and discover what helps you thrive.
I work with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, grief, self-esteem struggles, attachment wounds, abuse, neglect, and everyday stress. Depending on what you need, I weave together evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, EMDR, DDP, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy. I also love incorporating expressive arts (drawing, music, movement, writing) whenever it feels like the right doorway into healing.
If you’re ready to smooth out some of those bumps and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and calm, I’d be honored to support you.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone; let’s do this together
